The dependency of virtually all organisations - whatever their size -on ICT for processing, storing and sharing information means that the loss of their systems during a major incident can have a profound inpact. Indeed research shows that as many as 90% of organisations who do not have ICT disaster recovery or business continuity planning in place will fail to recover from a major incident.
If you have an ICT server network then our ICT disaster recovery services will provide you with the peace of mind that in the event of a major incident we will be able to get you back up and running again within hours.
We offer three tiers of service.
- Tier 1: Bare-metal restore of critical servers
- Tier 2: Tier 1 and workstation recovery
- Tier 3: Tiers 1 + 2 and work area recovery (WAR).
The level of response is a 24x7x364.
Tier 1: Bare-Metal Restore of Critcal Servers
Ideally subscribed at the same time as taking out an ICT managed support contract with us, this service involves taking and securely storing off-site a baseline image of a critical server and then incremental images each time the configuration changes. This means that if a server is lost or badly damged, we will ship in new hardware to your office or alternative site and recover the image as it was prior to the major incident. The data will be provided from the last on-site or off-site back-up.
The service is offered as different recovery packs each with its own Recovery Time Objective (RTO) depending on the level of recovery you require.
Tier 2: Workstation Recovery
This service includes the scope of Tier 1, plus we will ship workstations and printers to your office or alternative site to provide full recovery of your ICT infrastructure.
Tier 3: Work Area Recovery (WAR)
This service includes the scope of Tiers 1 + 2, but we will also provide a working ICT infrastructure in a Work Area Recovery (WAR) room if the major incident has made your premises unfit for staff to work there.
